Returns
You may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include the invoice or proof of purchase
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Refunds typically take 5–6 working days, depending on bank processing times.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will contact you for bank account details, and the refund will be issued via NEFT within 5–7 working days.
Shipping for Returns
Return shipping must be done on a to-pay basis. The freight charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Return / Replacement Accepted Under These Conditions
- The product is sealed, but arrived damaged
- Product is defective after opening (subject to QC verification)
- Incorrect product or size delivered
Defective products will go through our Quality Check (QC). Refunds are approved only after QC validation. A QC report will be shared upon request.
Return / Replacement Not Accepted If
- The product is opened, used, or tampered with
- The product is extensively damaged after delivery
- The product is not in its original condition or packaging
